  5. I am getting ready to start my new job, for which I expect to get a work laptop. I can’t decide what distro to use but I’m thinking of going with an immutable one this time around because I don’t want to futz around with system package management.

  11. I listened to a lot of Kate Nash back in college; I was a huge fan. Then she just kinda fell off my radar. Well this song just put her back on my radar in a big way. What a great piece of work.

  12. Modus Operandi is actually a very nice theme for #Emacs. It looks really nice and clean on my “work” laptop, with which I take to coffee shops and work outside. Even so, I’m working inside today, conected to an external display, and it just feels very clean and productive.

    I’m still 100% #DraculaTheme on my desktop though 🦇

This was definitely my best run to date. 42 damage at the end of Convocation of Decay from a single Warpfire Thrower's blast.

  19. I understand how to configure and use a little better now, but there's one thing I still don't understand: If both my wired and wireless connections are active, which one is actually being used by my applications, e.g. my web browser? There are two different ip addresses for each device, and I assume if I were to try to access my computer via the network either one of those IP addresses would work; but what about outbound requests?

  20. If anyone can help me figure out why this hot pink is in my terminal and how to get rid of it I will give you much respect.
