  5. @jon FWIW, back in August there was a biclycle race #tcr11, the Transcontinental Race across Europe, that went and ended in eastern Romania. A part of the race route was marked with a warning sign for riders:

    "Due to the war in Ukraine, the Russian military is known to be jamming GPS signals in the Black Sea region. As riders approach the coast, it is possible that trackers may struggle with GPS interference."

  12. Postgresql version 17 comes out next week. Did anyone try it out with Django already? I wouldn't expect any trouble tbh, even if psycopg (3) supports only version 16 officially.

  14. It's a very niche question, but did someone successfully compile Python 3.12 with `brew` on Linux/amd64? All I get is an `uuid.h` not found error, terminating the process.
