Quite..... my i this morning has the headline

#Starmer on course for landslide victory

Well premature given the #nextGE may not be for 18 months or more - but provided #labour avoid bear-pits till then I anticipate relief on the level of 1997 .....

This #toriesOut administration looks totally unfit - and nothing coming down the track is likely to save them from a richly deserved fate

    All of the above. :):):)

Apart from #TomPeters and maybe @james, most people I know don't Thrive on #Chaos.

(Fun fact: All systems involving humans are #complex, in turn determined by a chaotic attractor defining its future development paths. 😉...I hope I remember this correctly.)

    Yes*, absolutely.
As one of my mentors, who had seen the rise of Silicon Valley, used to say:

"You have to take #complexity away from the end-user and put it behind the #MMI."

This is possible for access points (apps) to the #Fediverse as well.

*"it can give the appearance of simplicity and expected behaviors "good enough" - so that we can... is "easy".

  14. I don’t exhibit much these days, but I’m sharing a show in September and October with Patrick, the owner of this lovely little gallery in Thornton Village, Bradford. He and I share an interest in urban imagery, and so we’ve been planning this for a while. #printmaking #etching #collagraph #art

  19. In 2019 there was an idea for a project linking modern printmaking and the history of textiles in Yorkshire. We got Arts council funding for a response exhibition and workshop programme running from Autumn 2020-Spring 2021.

    Guess why that didn’t happen

The project concluded today, 4 years later, with toasts and happy smiles.

The coordinator just had a lovely bath with Prosecco. And so to bed.

    Cheers!!
