I recently had a meaningful conversation, with Bas Vodde, which remembered me of the dual solution, compared to TT, consisting of transcending dependencies and Conway's Law => https://featureteams.org/
It was common while XP was popular and I used it a lot in 2006÷2013.

@jessitron 💯 This is one of the main points elaborated by Hans Rosling's #Factfulness: the news is always "bad, bad, bad", and our exposure to it has increased, so we perceive the world is spiralling downwards, but in reality most stats show the world in general is significantly better every decade and continuing to improve. Of course he points out many things can still be improved, but that doesn't mean we aren't in a far better place than we were 100 or even 10 years ago. It's a great shot of #positivity.

> The problem I have with all the LeSS
Note that this was widespread among XPers a decade before LeSS.
> I have yet to hear a convincing story
My own experience with related tradeoffs is here: https://www.smharter.com/blog/2022/11/21/transcending-agile-cross-team-collaboration-with-shared-work/
> 24x7 services and "on call" was not really a thing
I've seen a development team where members rotated to provide "on-call" incident support.
Could you expand on which DevOps principles are lacking?

Going live soon with @jessitron giving another look at #ChaosMesh and the #OpenTelemetry demo app to see what other ways we can break it! because #ChaosEngineering without #Observability is just Chaos...

Great speech on art, the artistic scene, the spark of creatify starting in the space in between ideas, people, interactions, the role of co-creation, and the world of software => https://youtu.be/1oeigCANJVQ?si=zpHkWPErXjf603Sk
by @jessitron
I saw in it many signs of a new philosophy of work, management & leadership that had lived many times and has also been forgotten more recently in favour of traditions and old habits like fordism/taylorism
