@jackbrewster #Avidemux has the ability to selectively blur parts of a video, and it is cross-platform (I use it under #MacOS ). You have to use a filter to do it, and I can't remember the name of the filter offhandbut you can select the exact area you want and by making it a partial filter, you can apply for exact start and end times.

As an educational support professional who works full time for the school year, can confirm.
I don't know how anyone lives on just the pay from these jobs (I'm privileged that my tech career provided me with enough savings to switch jobs), especially considering a school can't function without us.
