I so love tea. (obligatory link to something funny: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eELH0ivexKA&list=RDeELH0ivexKA&start_radio=1) with the sole exception of my own father, who likes coffee, every guest i've ever had have agreed to a cup of tea. loose leafs survive many years. older leafs simply require a bit longer infusion. also, assam and yunnan are always good signs with tea. surprisingly, anything that comes from Ceylon tends to be very good.
