@emmettoconnell I really hope Chris Vance can get more supportive of #RankedChoiceVoting in WA and so that the #ForwardParty #fwd is not held back by vote splitting.
He is not there yet. As he says in the second op-ed, he thinks structural changes to elections are not needed.
Why would he not embrace every possible tool possible?

@emmettoconnell This land is actually the future home of the north-south freeway. Which is why the property is owned by the WSDOT. When that will actually come is anybody's guess since they have been talking about it since the 70s but a ton of that land acquisition has already occurred.
