    Zoodles (zucchini noodles) with crumbled italian sausage in cream sauce

    My Alfredo Sauce recipe -Yields 3 servings

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup, Butter
    3/4 cup, Heavy whipping cream
    1/3 cup, Parmesan cheese, fresh, grated
    1/3 cup, Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese
    1 Garlic Clove, crushed
    2 (100g), Mild Italian Sausages, crumbled, casing removed

    Macros & Ratio:
    6g net carbs, 17g protein, 73g fat
    3% carbs, 9% protein, 88% fat of 740 calories

    Tip for #LowCarb cooking ... #GrainFree coating

    - dip shrimp in egg wash made with 1 egg white + 0.5 Tbsp water
    - coat shrimp in mixture of 4 Tbsp almond flour + 4 Tbsp grated parmesan + 0.5 Tsp baking powder
    - pan fry in a little olive oil + butter for 3 minutes

    2/2 I use a Dash Mini Waffle Maker to make a #GrainFree #LowCarb alternative to bread

    1 egg white
    1/2 cup cheese, shredded (30g)
    1 tbsp almond flour
    1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp spice(s) of choice ― I used "Everything but the Bagel" spice
    salt

    - Stir egg white w/ cheese
    - Add rest of ingredients
    - Pour in preheated, greased waffle maker & close top
    - Cook 4 min
    - Remove & let sit a few min to crisp.

    1 serving: 1g net carbs | 12g protein | 14f fat | 1g fiber

    Jalapeno Cheese Crackers

    Place mounds of shredded cheese on parchment paper.

    Add spices: I used garlic powder, oregano, (ran out of parsley), & smoked paprika.

    Add a jalapeno slice if you enjoy heat with your crunch.

    Bake in preheated 400F oven for 10 - 12 minutes.

    Let cool. Use spatula to lift off parchment paper.
