@cmsdengl "Royal Mail said cards and letters could continued to be posted as usual."
So letters *should* not be impacted.
But as of a few days ago, one of the participants in my #StickersAndStamps project was told, at his local post office, that he could not send a letter to me from France.

@cmsdengl To be fair it's not the work itself. It's all the soul-destroying, joy-draining research monitoring and reporting bureaucracy. The thought that I will never again have to wrestle with R&D approvals or ResearchFish makes my heart sing.

It's a shocker to hear that "average" US-ians are now paying $767 monthly for a loan on a new car, or $537 monthly for a used car. Average term is about 5 years. As a category in the USA it's become second to house mortgage debt.
That's Experian data. What's the picture for UK/EU??

Switch to proportional representation for general elections
We think the First Past the Post system is becoming increasingly obsolete as the UK continues to move away from a two party system. We are now in a place where the party who may gain the most seats at an election could be the most unacceptable to the majority. We must protect our democracy.

Our house has received 2 hand-delivered and 2 postal leaflets from Reform UK. Plus Farage and his entourage turned up in the area.
Surely questions must be asked about their election spending.
