I'm creating 4 seasoal eps this year. the summer ep will be released on the june 21 solstice. it's full of war drums and howler monkeys.
I'm excited to share this one. a couple of tracks echo back to how I started my odd person project. namely creating half broken sample looper instruments in pd (now max) to jam on my field recordings and homemade percussion loops. turning them into abstracted lofi 4th world collage scapes.

this image holds a special place in my heart. I took the original photo from the front door of my apartment in Honduras in 2013 with my cheap, low res digital camera. manipulated later with GIMP & Processing3d.
It's a good synthesis of my love of minimalist landscape photography and digital glitch art. It's a bit of a mess compositionally but whatever.

way back in the day I released a dvd compilation of my video art. this is a short promo. I will put the full thing online in the coming days. lots of video databending and other weirdness.

I am on my first playthrough of Skyrim. I am basically trying a 100% playthrough (as 100% as is reasonable). I collect every skull that I come across and dump them in my basement. I think there's a few witch heads and prescious gems mixed in there as well because money is meaningless.

I've realized the music I make is mostly akin to sound collage. even beat heavy stuff like this.
this track is drum synth, voice, and rain, all mangled in my sampler. sequenced in the piano roll with the grid turned off. just arranging rectangles into patterns. you can get pretty wild push/pull seasick swing rhythms that way.
