From that post: "The aim of #distributism is #family #ownership of land, workshops, stores, transport, trades, professions, and so on." How does that lead to elimination of private property? I fail to see what you are seeing.

I’m no expert, but (and this is a real question) why the fsck was sensitive key material floating around in RAM to begin with??! Isn’t this attack vector EXACTLY what an HSM is designed to defend against?
What kind of “Zero-Trust and ‘assume breach’ mindset” allows signing keys to be handled:
1) In software.
2) Without formal verification.
3) In a non-memory safe programming language.And why hadn’t that key been rotated AT LEAST since APRIL 2021?!
This RCA is so full of self-owns and unforced errors it’s not even funny.

Once you have eaten #organic food other food will taste weak. There is nothing more special than the taste of a freshly picked organic tomato.
My local health food shop does not add profit on their organic vegetables. It makes their fresh produce on a par with the local supermarkets and supports these farmers and their efforts to create a healthier food.

One of the good things of not being at the bird site is that I'm catching up of my pending audio books.
Tracers in the Dark by @agreenberg is a riveting behind the scenes telling of the biggest cryptocurrency investigations. Even thought is a long listen the pace is never boring and all the people chronicled in it are presented in depth, from law enforcement, suspects, and everyone in between. I give it: 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The indictment is indeed a interesting read. It's like a raw and unfiltered version of what @agreenberg describes in Tracers In The Dark.
A book which should be a must-read's for anyone thinking doing crime with #cryptocyrrency (my tip, don't).
Sure it might be easy to keep the opsec once or twice. But if you want to handle any life-changing amounts of money you will have to spend so much effort (and cost, people don't want to help you launder for free) hiding your tracks and carefully extracting the money.
And in the end, one mistake is all that is required to unravel everything when you have someone dedicated trying to find you.

The timeline they're failing on for all of these global climate meetings is that of the meeting itself. If it takes 2 or 3 weeks, take the time, but do not leave until there is agreenent. What is there waiting that is more important?
Reality cannot be scheduled. It must be taken on the timeline it offers. If that doesn't align with budget cycles, tough.
Is it too much civil disobedience to ask that these folks just sit still and run overtime as needed to get their job done? What's the worst that could happen? Well, funny you should ask, because that's the exact topic of these very meanings...
The arguments made, and the article upthread is super helpful for laying them out (so I recommend reading it), amount to some people (i.e., national.representatives) with no apparent sense of the urgency arguing that "perfect is a friend of the good", it "just" requires more time--as if there's any to be had.
I'm sorry, even without their all-important report, it's obvious what the problem is: a lack of sense of the incredibly high risk of delay.
Stay until everyone sees it.
Bar the doors if need be.
There is no extra time, no time to plan comfortably, no time to get every detail right.
There is only now, and the too real possibility of no tomorrow.
