    Horrible thought that we're expected to pay more for them to dump sewage, not counting fixing the leaks - as they use the inflation rate to increase payment - doesn't seem to work regarding #nhsstrike - any other contract you have would state what they are obliged to do and in this case of #thatcher privatatison you don't have a choice of shit dumpers
