Human v. Dog
Human provides: food, shelter, protection, safety, reassurance, training, leashes, collars, harnesses, play, toys, grooming, treats, pets, cuddles, replacement of everything the dog destroys, beds, blankets, all household maintenance. Did I miss anything?
We clearly put out a lot of time, energy, and resources.Dog provides: unconditional love. That's it.
We humans clearly have the better end of this relationship. 🐾🐶❤️🥰

Obi is having a tough day. From writer's block re: his blog, to being unable to get to the border collie that is in the Jardiance commercial. He is convinced that dog lives in the back of the (flat screen) television. And that when the ad ends, that horrid dog exits our side window without Obi catching him. The indignity of it all...

Obi has decided that he wants to start contributing to the household and write a blog for money. So far, dude has not typed one letter and has been focused on dogs in the television commercials distracting him.
I don't think he's got the writing bug.
So once again, Mahm is left holding the Chewy bill.

So after i finished my brekkie omelet, I coated the plate with a layer of pet CBD oil.

Obi's newest yard enhancement. Fence panels in front of the bamboo, topped with barbed wire.
I akso ordered a replacement split bamboo panel since he split this one, jumping through it. I will affix it to this one, which will allow me to remove the orange tarp, as the double layer will provide pretty much total privacy.
For an ostensibly mobile life, he costs me a LOT in "containment".

Someone is now experiencing #SilentTreatmentSunday after literally tearing vertically through the middle of a 6' x 13' bamboo fence panel to try and get to the neighbors' dogs, who taunt him. They are pitties, easily 75 or 100 lbs. each. Obi is 35 soaking wet, but that chihuahua gene just sees red. My neighbor is equally tired of his dogs.
So while his goodest gurl sister and I go to HD to get yet more fence panels, this will be his penance.

Cold AF morning. We went out to do the early morning business, but now back under the covers with a cozy wrap for Pippi and mug of java for me. Obi is basking in the sun in the front window.
Being totally lazy as long as I can this morning...glad they approve.

For the last 6 years, I have cultivated a very neutral, calm, and contemporary style in the RV. But I don't know if it's because I have a new knee, because I feel great, because I love my job and I'm happy to get back to it very well-rested, a combination of all of these, or none, for whatever reason I decided to ditch all that and go totally wild color boho. I love it! And it seems the dogs do, too!
