Does sending an email or a #LinkedIn message like "hello, I have an opportunity in telecommunications with a worldwide company, would you like to discuss it?" really work? I know you can't reveal company names and such, but at least tell me up front if it's sales, production, customer service, R&D, marketing, COO, ownership, give me SOMETHING. Please.
