SOLUCIONADO (solución al final del toot).
Buenas noches fediverso. Ya sé que no son horas de pedir #ayuda pero tengo una consulta sobre #linux
Tengo Debian instalado en un raid1 con dos discos SSD, del raid se encarga una tarjeta SAS/SATA Megaraid.
El caso es que estoy revisando los discos para optimizar el espacio (están muy caros para comprar más 😅).
En un principio, el comando df me indica que tiene 67G ocupados, pero al buscar más detalladamente con du, solo me dice que hay 22G de archivos. He instalado Baobab y obtengo el mismo resultado.
He omitido la carpeta /media donde monto los discos duros y las carpetas de red, tengo la swap en una partición (no hay archivo swap), y la verdad es que no sé por donde buscar esos 45G que deberían estar en algún sitio.
¿Hay posibilidad de que sean archivos temporales en particiones tmpfs ocupando, teóricamente, tanto espacio? He visto que hay puntos de montaje tmpfs de 63G, aunque sin apenas uso.

He seguido el consejo de @miguemoya y @M1st3r y he montado el raíz / en la carpeta /mnt con mount --bind / /mnt. Después he hecho un du -chd 1 de la carpeta /mnt y han aparecido los 45G en una carpeta de /media donde monto uno de los discos duros usb.
Con el disco duro montado los archivos no aparecen, al desmontarlo puedo verlos y borrarlos (eran de una copia de seguridad antigua).
