Just roasted a batch of Columbian #coffee - and man those beans turned out a perfect color and amazing aroma. Can't wait to try some tomorrow!
The thing about #homeroasting coffee is freshly roasted coffee tastes so good, that the whole process is very forgiving. A bad homeroast tends to be better than an old store bought bean. If you are at all curious, I highly recommend trying it - you'd be suprised.
