Проект GCoVS собрал электронные медицинские данные о побочках, связанных с вакцинами против COVID-19, от участников Глобальной сети данных о вакцинах (GVDN) из 8 стран.
Сколько участников: 99 068 901 вакцинированных.
Каковы результаты: для первых 42 дней наблюдения коэффициент наблюдаемый риск/ожидаемый риск (OE):
- для синдрома Гийена-Барре (2,49, 95% ДИ: 2,15, 2,87)
- для тромбоза венозного синуса головного мозга (3,23, 95% ДИ: 2,51, 4,09) после первой дозы вакцины ChAdOx1 (AZ-Oxford).
- для острого диссеминированного энцефаломиелита 3,78 (95% ДИ: 1,52, 7,78) после первой дозы вакцины мРНК-1273.
- OE для миокардита и перикардита смотрите на картинке для разных вакцин.Другими словами:
Взяли ожидаемую частоту выявления определенных патологий (они перечислены) после вакцинации (исходили из опыта применения других вакцин) и наблюдаемую частоту (уже по факту, когда новую вакцину стали применять на миллионах людей, по другому это не вычислить) - и наблюдаемая частота оказалась сильно выше ожидаемой - результат 2,49 (наблюдаемый риск в 2,49 раза превышает ожидаемый риск).
95%-нтный доверительный интервал: от 2,15 до 2,87.
Т.е. результат вполне достоверный, из середины интервала, не крайний минимум/максимум.И это только период 0-42 дня (цветочки).

Al parecer, fiebre y fatiga son los más comunes (en un 14% de las aplicaciones) pero no se habla de choque anafiláctico.

Russian vaccine Sputnik V more than 90% effective in interim trial

En conclusión: no se reporta choque anafiláctico en la SputnikV.
