Networking, meeting old and making new friends, frequently comes up as one of the best perks of attending a conference like #EuroPython. It's a great chance for open-source maintainers to meet regularly face-to-face (or should we say, keyboard-to-keyboard?) and hack on the project together. We even provide open space for just that purpose during our conference sprints!
Do you have any tips on how we could facilitate open-source collaboration even more during the conference? #europython2025

“What got me was the impact. One code change could improve things for thousands of people. [...] And the team's velocity meant our volunteer hours actually translated into real progress. It's probably the most rewarding Python work I've done in years. Not because it was technically complex, but because it mattered and the people made every contribution feel like part of something bigger.”

EuroPython 2026 w Krakowie przed PyCon PL w Gliwicach.
