  8. It has certainly been a(nother) Year, but for a change, I can't say it's one I've felt I've needed to just get through. In a lot of ways it's been feeling foundational to whatever 2026 will bring. Although I'm still more cautious than optimistic -- the last few years have taught some very difficult lessons -- I at least feel able to stop peeking between my fingers at the new year, and able to face it head on.

  13. I'm trying to retrain myself to only click on things that are relevant to whatever I'm currently working on, but #ADHD seeks #dopamine and forgets #goodhabits, so it's a pretty constant battle. I may need to go cold turkey and start forming other #dailyhabits around a reading routine!

    Having said that -- as I'm working on trying to set up a publication that relies on the kind of deep, analytical thinking and writing I enjoy diving into most, how can I / we offer content that encourages reading?
