I am pretty sure I understand some things better about what it's going to take to get good cohesive #AI video and therefore 3D stereoscopic, interactive realities, ie #AI #AIReality #AIR.
An autoencoder needs to learn a latent space that includes autoregressive dynamics conditioned on whatever controls are wanted for interactivity (body pose, etc). You can then also train a latent space searcher, like what #StableDiffusion does, except it finds dynamic sequences like the #LLM do.

Eric Drexler resented how dishonest academics diluted the definition of “nanotechnology” in the late 1990s from “atomically precise manufacturing” to “anything 100 nanometers or smaller”. See “Radical Abundance” (2013). Basically, research grants were being farmed by dishonest graduate students casting their funding nets wide by passing their irrelevant work as something it was not.
