I was invited by @Hasso_Plattner_Institute Engine to join the #CTOSummerSchool this week. I shared my experience of building high-performing teams with aspiring CTOs and startup founders.

Jira, we are coming for you!! ;-)
Our Jira Migrator is now in public Beta. It now supports the import of many types of custom fields.
And our so called "Backlogs" module for agile work management is getting better and better with each release.
Give it a shot.
And stay tuned. Next month we will have the next release 17.5 which will introduce Jira-like work package identifiers, e.g. „#ABC-123“.

I keep writing about it: Self hosting LLMs is incredibly expensive (compared to hosting @openproject, @nectcloud, @xwiki or #openDesk), if you are looking for agentic capabilities, e.g. being capable to interact with MCP servers with useful results. OpenSource hosting has never been a huge cost issue, up until now. Self hosting LLMs is the achilles tendon of FOSS products at the moment. I am happy to learn the opposite.

I keep writing about it: Self hosting LLMs is incredibly expensive (compared to hosting @openproject, @nectcloud, @xwiki or #openDesk), if you are looking for agentic capabilities, e.g. being capable to interact with MCP servers with useful results. OpenSource hosting has never been a huge cost issue, up until now. Self hosting LLMs is the achilles tendon of FOSS products at the moment. I am happy to learn the opposite.

We integrated the Docs app of @numerique_gouv with @openproject (part of #OpenDesk by @zendis) to support scenarios like “From a Text Draft to a full Project Plan”, extending #BlockNoteJS in a generic and reusable manner.

Vielerorts galt höchste Warnstufe aber die Warnmeldungen seien nicht von allen Medien verbreitet, die Warnungen nicht ernst genug genommen worden.Keine klaren Verhaltensanweisungen an die Bürger, keine angemessenen Evakuierungsplanungen.
