Happy #ADHDAwarenessMonth I was diagnosed with ADHD-C in July of this year. I always knew I had trouble paying attention, but did not consider that I might have ADHD until I related so much to my nephew who was diagnosed a couple years ago. Receiving a diagnosis has helped me so much. My life makes a lot more sense. Between medication and developing new skills, I'm starting to figure out what works best for me. There's definitely a stigma & ADHD is not as understood with women. You're not alone!

Pretty sure I saw an Eastern Meadowlark at the birdfeeder twice today. Once from only a few feet away. It was hanging from the bottom of the feeder, trying to get at the birdseed, so I couldn't see all of it, but what I could see, I'm pretty sure it was, which is cool because they're rare in this part of Texas. Let's talk baseball a bit. I'm a 3rd generation #Mets fan. Also a 3rd generation person who dislikes the Yankees. Now the Mets are spending so much money on players this year, it's what I complain about the Yankees for.
On the other hand, the Mets could spend all the money in the world, and still be the underdog. Also the Mets tend to Met nearly every year, but sometimes they win. It's what makes them the Mets and why their fans are so loyal, even when long-suffering. #Baseball #TheMets #LGM
