Initial experience with #PSP games on the #RetroidPocket5 is mostly good! BurnOut runs with some stuttering. I can probably tweak some settings to get it to a steady FPS. #PPSSPP crashed and caused #Rocknix to reboot once, and I can't find a way to run it as a #libretro core so that Auto-Saves work consistently. I'm hopeful that those details can get worked out.

@DimlyLitCorners it seems that #ATProto has adopted CIDs and maybe some other pieces of IPFS so maybe piecemeal adoption will get us to standardization one day!
In the mean time, there's a P2P IPFS implementation that currently works in browsers using #ServiceWorkers! Each individual website would need to include this for it to work, but it's a start! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qtIJXRgxjVA

It seems they are breaking IPFS up into smaller pieces to get it through standards bodies more easily!

@Oregon_Pacifist I really like #DePin stuff. I've been interested in #Filecoin for some time now, and I have a #Helium phone plan. I see it as a way to subvert big tech. I'm really interested in replacing AWS as a web hosting platform. I've looked into #InternetComputerProtocol but I've had a hard time figuring it out.

@Oregon_Pacifist that stuff about being able to host a website on #ARWeave and subsequently getting a cut of the fees people pay to access that website sounds pretty interesting. I'll have to look into how that works. I presume it requires users to have a wallet extension installed.

Uninstalling the #MicrosoftStore version of #Python and disabling #WindowsDefender so the #torch dlls properly install so I can run comfyui-zluda, a fork of #comfyui which uses #zluda which is a shim for #CUDA applications to use #AMD #HIP SDK so I can download #stableDiffusion and run it on my #Radeon #GPU because #Amuse won't let me generate porn.
