Apparently there is a QFN32 version of WDC's 65C51 ACIA. But Mouser only lists PDIP and PLCC versions. Where do you actually get the QFN32 version?

Мы продолжаем изучать дефекты, которые можно встретить при рентген-контроле качества печатных узлов. В первой части статьи Александр Патутинский, технолог по подготовке и запуску печатных плат в производство, систематизировал дефекты BGA-корпусов. Кроме них, рентген-снимки могут показать дефекты таких корпусов, как QFN (Quad Flat No-lead), SON (Small Outline No-lead), DFN (Dual Flat No-lead) и QFP (Quad Flat Package), в том числе с термопадами. Под катом Александр разберет эти случаи, как стандартные, так и более редкие, чтобы никакие результаты рентген-исследования не смогли ввести вас в заблуждение.

Нашел один лайфхак как искать #datasheet контроллера этой компании, но и он не сработал. Еще смущают контактные площадки в правом углу МК... Это #ground или #rx_tx ?
Есть выводы 5V и GND в нижней части печатной платы, прозванивал выводы на МК и пометил для себя на картинке.
В нижнем колонтитуле даташита написано: Confidential

@azonenberg I buy 6 figures from #DigiKey annually. Not a fan of the QFN but we use them. Recently made a commitment to Renesas parts that are QFN. We design and load our own boards. Not doing BGA.
That said I really miss the yellow TI logic datasheet books from the 70s. Those were like the Sears catalog for me back in the day. Must be a collectors thing now. Would love to have those on my bookshelf. Daydreaming...
Need to do a lot more of that these days, eh?

Китайский OBD сканер
Для своих целей был приобретен на общеизвестном алибазаре девайсик с экраном, кнопками и кабелем, только для этого и был нужен. Естественно, был вскрыт и изучен. Ну как изучен... попытка была предупреждена китайскими разработчиками. Собственно, вдруг кто-то помочь сможет с определением микроконтроллера. Микроконтроллер: исполнение QFN32 маркировка спилена, 1й нарисован, но может быть и перемарком, если верить имеющейся маркировке, то имеем: 8 GND 3, 5 +3.3v 9, 10 XTAL 24, 25 CAN rx, tx CAN трансивер: 8 пинов, но ни фига не совместим с классическими 1050, 2551 и т.п. 4 GND 8 +3.3v 3,5 CAN 2,7 RX, TX Дисплей 128х64 с подсветкой, 30 пинов, задействованы 20. На базаре такого же не нашел. Какой-то прям секретный объект за 3 копейки. Собственно, хотелось бы понять какой микроконтроллер используется, тогда можно было-бы его просто перепрограммировать. Иначе, свою плату делать придется )) Далее
