@pmjones So far it has been helpful.
It seems to be modulating my emotional response a lot. Overall anxiety seems significantly lower after usage, and lasts for several hours.
I had a terrible meltdown for two hours this morning. Normally I would be unable to work or use cognition effectively.
This time, I am doing some work. I am not too excited, and feel tired and kind of sad. That's a pretty big diff -- it's manageable.

Working on #bjForth, I'm having trouble reading `INTERPRET` in jonesforth.S:2090, especially mapping it #Java.
Has anyone done this before (in another high-level language)? If not, would you be so kind as to give it a read and tell me in English or pseudo-code what does it do?
