@ollieparanoid Haha :) That reminds me that I also need to look into hebbot (https://github.com/haecker-felix/hebbot) as hope it could to make the creation of #LinBits easier.

@cas @ollieparanoid Thanks for the great talk! Really motivated me start playing around with my old #op6t.

Today, @ollieparanoid tagged #MobileConfigFirefox 5.1.0:
For details, see the announcement on gitlab:
https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/mobile-config-firefox/-/tags/5.1.0
The highlight with this release is, that we can ship different CSS for release (currently 146.*) and ESR (currently 140.6), and thus fix up UI customizations in release without worrying and finding ways to not break ESR while doing so (and, in theory, vice versa). That's really great!
(And all this is in addition to really cool features like the new about:mobile settings page @dannycolin made for 5.0)

And ... time for the last talk on #FOSSonMobile at #fosdem25

Add Water is a fun new app make #Firefox feel more native on #GNOME If you're careful, you can use it on mobile:
https://flathub.org/apps/dev.qwery.AddWater
(Don't use the "Hide Privacy Indicators" setting, it'll break mobile-config-firefox.)

Today #alpineconf has started, which will feature 4 #postmarketOS related talks. In 15 minutes ollieparanoid will start talking about #pmbootstrap, our swiss army knife to postmarketOS development.
Head on over to https://alpinelinux.org/conf/ and come watch!

I just tagged a new #mobileConfigFirefox release https://gitlab.postmarketos.org/postmarketOS/mobile-config-firefox/-/tags/4.6.1.
If you long for major improvements, don't get your hopes up - this release ships what we've in master had since mid April, making the urlbar experience a tad less bad on ESR 140 and release (142). We've kept changes intentionally small to not put much rebasing-pain on other changes that have been in the works. Yes, I am talking of the changes demo-ed https://floss.social/@dannycolin/115028736709485997 here 😃
Once the rework lands, we should be able to move quicker (for various reasons, including having ways to adjust things for 140 and newer without worrying about breaking ESR 128 (still in #postmarketOS 25.06) all the time) and make your #LinuxMobile #Firefox experience more pleasant again. :-)

Congratulations to everybody who worked on the recently tagged megapixels 2 release! 🎉
Is anybody interested in taking over maintainership of the Alpine Linux package, packaging libmegapixels as well and upgrading Megapixels to version 2? I'm the current maintainer and probably won't have time for this soon. I'm happy to review the diff in APKBUILDs though.
If so, just send a merge request with your changes against aports, thanks :)https://gitlab.alpinelinux.org/alpine/aports/-/tree/master/community/megapixels

Just watched the #38c3 #libobscura talk from @dcz. I especially liked the idea form, very visual explanation of feedback loop and credits roll. Great project and awesome presentation! 😀

My favorite time to listen to podcasts on my #pinephone is currently while doing bike rides to and from the local bouldering gym 🚲 🧗
Some picks of what I lately enjoyed:
* @talkpine season 2 is off to a great start, happy that the podcast is back!
* @linmob co-hosts a german podcast called #TechnikTechnik together with Marius Quabeck. Sometimes they talk about @PINE64 too and they evidently do a good job of answering listener questions!
* #LateNightLinuxExtra with Dalton from @[email protected] -
