@NoahCarver On linux back in the days I was using an app called #avidemux. It worked fairly well.
I was also trying out #kdenlive however the version I was using has been crashing on my system so I've stopped playing with it.
Nowadays I am no longer dealing with videos and for simple cutting both audio and video I'm just using #losslesscut. -

I hate being a grump on the internet, but #GoogleDocs with #OrcaScreenReader is a nightmare whether you use #Firefox or #Chromium. Not sure where the problem lies, but it's pretty near unusable in each browser for different reasons. Going to write an email to the Orca mailing lists and see what can be done about it, but wish someone had tested this before me.

Just tried to set up #CollaboraOffice on my phone. Selecting a document works fine because it uses the native #iOS files view, but once you open a document you will be greeted with this:
"Screen reader support for text content is disabled. You need to enable it both at server level and in the UI. Look for the accessibility section in coolwsd.xml for server setting. Also check the voice over toggle under the View menu."
In other words, there are probably settings which I need to change that I have absolutely no access to. Well done, champs.

Speaking of jumping ship, I store all my files in #Microsoft #OneDrive and would like to get rid of that dependency as I'm working to replace my workflow with #FLOSS tools where practical. Do y'all have recommendations for a #CloudStorage service which has reasonably #accessible clients for #ScreenReader users (I primarily use #Fedora Workstation 43 but also use #Windows 11, #Android, and #iOS), can sync to my local filesystem, and/or can appear in the #GNOME desktop File Manager? I'm not interested in self-hosting something like #Nextcloud, #OwnCloud, etc. Any suggestions or firsthand experiences would be greatly appreciated.

#Braille peeps, anyone know what the most accurate Braille table for US BANA literary (i.e. pre-UEB) is on #iOS? We’ve got system, LibLouis, and RTFC. Thunderbird is out because I cannot find reliable instructions on connecting it to my Outlook contacts.
