I always liked h5ai and used it myself ever since I first discovered it used by the libretro team (IIRC) but unfortunately maintenance appears to have stopped.
Thanks to the power of slop coding I was able to whip up a somewhat decent replacement I already use in production, using Blazor WASM (because why not).
