Over the time we've been A Thing, we've advised those on over licensed doses to refer back to prescribers, and indeed have advised within BMS guidelines regarding oestrogen and #progestogen dosage. We will continue to do this, and at all times member safety is our priority... 1/n

If you'd like to delve further into this subject, you might have a watch of Dr Lisa Mosconi's TED Talk which a quick internet search should unearth (and she and her colleague also appeared in the second of Davina McCall 's menopause documentaries).
If you aren't taking/can't take HRT, please don't panic or worry that you're "going to get #dementia"!
