#edX is just marketing. Exceedingly expensive when you can easily do it on your own, as I did.
I keep giving the socratic structure too much credit. Thinking it is control they seek as a means in itself (for pleasing glandular responses), it's money they want. Esp my ex's edX family.

And... after being told by the Apple Genius that the power port was corroded and even the wireless chargeing would not work, and "the only option" was to buy a new one," it turns out charging through the iPad keyboard does charge the old iPad.
So in fact the only option was not buying a new iPad.

Hmm, the strategy is clear. If a pseudo-nonprofit built with blind investments from campuses duped by hype and, when sold, returned a 10x profit? Create another.
