@m_cadek I found #Flit to be relatively easy when I started using it recently. The only thing that stumped me initially was that I had a single-file module, but I wanted some data files to get packaged with it. Flit handles that automatically, but you need to structure your code as a package (directory w/ an __init__.py file) instead of just a module. Once I got that straightened out, it was smooth sailing.

I’ve recently had an amazing opportunity to co-lead #career workshop with Dr Cody Porter and Dr Susan Griffiths, at The Annual Postgraduate Student Conference (APSC) hosted by the #AberdeenUniversity. We talked about Forensics (Dr Cody Porter), #DataScience (me), and Clinical Psychology (Dr Susan Griffiths). #reintroduction Hi Lurk, I'm Cade and I run a little #research org with my friends @hecceite and Lightli (who isn't on Mastodon). The org is called the New Design Congress, and we forge a nuanced understanding of technology's role as a #social, #political and #environmental #accelerant. Des voisins m'avaient demandé quand leur fille pouvait commencer la musique et avec quel instrument (j'enseigne le violon). Du coup, pour son anniversaire, je fais déjà un #xylophone. En aulne (fin, agréable à travailler, odeur de miel) uniquement à la hache et à la plane. Style brut mais bien accordé, #pentatonique (do ré mi sol la do).
C'est facile à faire, pas besoin d'expertise particulière.

#vendredilecture Mon père m'a prêté l'un de ses cadeaux de Noël : Ces gens-là, de Lumir Lapray, ou le vote RN dans les territoires ruraux et périurbains, plus précisément dans la plaine de l'Ain. Ayant grandi dans les parages et vivant (de nouveau) dans ce type d'endroit (plus l'Ain, m'enfin c'est à un jet de caillou), ça me parle d'autant plus. Je trouve son regard et ses analyses très justes, pour le moment. Je suis très curieuse de voir la suite.
