@joshourisman Have they? All the articles I'm seeing say that #WorldRugby is refusing to publicly admit it. It's a bit of an awkward admission though, as the issue is that the knock on occurred 4 phases before the try when TMO is limited to 2 phases, rather than it not having been a knock on.
