CW: rays morning dealing with daddy
So this am was a decent start....Ray had a start at 950 or so, this is after a 155 am evening walk
But I told him I would have two hits and then walk him. If he didn't whine. He does these multi layer laments. Lo grade high almost inaudible that can sometimes crack into a more voiced sound...thesw are at least somewhat unconscious but he has a few whines that are communicative one 'there is something I know is mine just waiting for me (like an empty bowl, just hasnt been emptied yet.) and I know you don't want to be the guy that neglected my needs ' kinda thing
And he knows when I am at the vape, all time and space cease...there are sounds associated to me sparking up a bowl the he will start to campaign against eagerly if he is feeling entitled, in extremis or both
Turned off the TV as a conciliation, started taking a hit and he accelerated....i mean I can inhale for 90 seconds without stop at least, and that is an ETERNITY for a dog....so i realized that I was voing to be upset by the whining more than the therapeutic effects of the vaping would give me, so I took my relaxed, still somewhat zonker after yesterday and told Ray ok after only a half of a hit, just got up and went throigh the process of beginning our day with his breakfast (as per usual...there are other morning starts too, but this one puts me at 8 hour reset.) but that it was done on protest and would be unwarmandfuzzy
I puttered a little, gave him his kimchi, got the broth/kibble mixed in his bowl and realized I had to give him the beejelly
So I washed the spoon (one soap is behind the stove where it fell, so I went to the other dishwashing bottle in the bathroom) came back and scooped out my bee jelly ate it and scooped out Ray's. (Ray waiting with full dish entire time amping him up)
Then I place the spoon in my palm cupped to spoon the spoon and let him lick it clean...it is a teaspoon(I have about 3/4 a teaspoon he has a about half, maybe more) and take the spoon away and let him lick just the palm while I take the spoon between my hitchhiker's thumb and index finger to scrape out all the goop at the bottom, and have him lick the thumb and forefinger.*
He can get too excited for one or another of the steps...and he was not interested in my thumb and forefinger, even though I tried a few times.
And that was too much for me.
[But at a different level. Being #gluten free in my third month now, the inflammation that I needed to mitigate is markedly less. So even though I was not finished with a decent morning for ME I could start my pup in his..ALSO could keep it quiet in my apartment and not put something on to drown out the shrew upstairs who had started her vocal masturbation (I'm experimenting with offering it as penance, enduring it instead of drowning it out.)
I can feel my breath equalize and fill up all my lung lobes so they are acting as one device, which is always at least one or two spoons of bandwidth, and requires a focussed effort. In the morning usually every morning I spend most of my effort breathing into my gut so that i am full up in this way
I am able to more mindfully defer this stuff in order to attend to emergent or pressing needs, because of the gluten free months of deinflammation.
So instead of overloading Ray with a yell and having to undo the resulting tension, I told him to sit and wait, while I sat down and made him wait for the next course, got back in bed, and cashed my vaporizer.
Then he had his massage and head kiss that he has to endure before he eats each meal...the kiss is his "ok"... He was very quiet for the whole time...body trembling as I massaged ....and when he was done, and he got his kiss, before he ate he ABSOLUTELY snorted at me.🤣🤣😤💙💙💙

More air makes greater laryngeal tension and changes tone quality, the smallest possible space for the air stream, focussed up to the magic spot, part is the full body vibration that vibrates the whole body as a crystal, and amplifies it through the directed air ( to the base of the skull behind the nose) like a nozzle. And the more I maintain my lungs as full as I can passively do with comfort the more variation and power and shape my tone has. Also I feel better and am more energized and can manage my physicality and everything better and more healthily
] So iwalked him instead of finding something to listen to while vaping a few minutes
The walk was so so, but BRUTAL wind is worst so far and I was going to give him a treat if he worked for it when I got back.
So I de layer, but he wouldn't sit

So that was it too much and now I'm finishing MY morning. While he waits for his next chance for a treat....he started on the floor whining at the treats, he has progressed to my foot on the bed while he has resigned to not being betreated
Ok this has taken forever gotta brave cold again
*Thing is, the bee jelly is expensive. Also rare. And Ray can get tunnel vision and if he is on that rail, he spills bone broth while gulping
