    At every edition of :ros:, I'm always eager to find and read summaries of the conference. For my first in-person ROSCon, I tried to do something similar by writing a blog post that captures the atmosphere and the substance of the discussions during those two enriching days.

  2. I’m excited to share UVT-RS, my first project in :rust: :rust_ferris: .
    It’s a collection of crates to work with Uncrewed Vehicle Trajectory (UVT) files, from reading, writing, and generating files with bags & MCAP, to visualizing them in 2D and in 3D.

    I learned a lot about Rust packaging and rosbag internals while building this, and I look forward to using Rust even more in

  4. In 2023, in preparation for the holidays, I designed and soldered about 20 small tree 🎄 PCBs to give to my relatives. This year, I cleaned it up and published it as an open-source hardware project: github.com/IamPhytan/christmas.

    This project was made with free and software:

    - @FreeCAD for the outline
    - @inkscape for the art
    - @kicad :kicad: for the board design
    - @platformio_org for programming
