  5. Question for #wardleyMapping experts: I want to visualise the evolution of a system to be able to fulfil a need. Some parts are not existing today ("left" from Genesis). Would you still put it in that column as an evolution step, isn't it? Would you map it as 2 capabilities, v1 as it is today and v2 the more complete version?

  10. Does anyone know of any good practices/patterns for larger social mixers for purely-online groups?

    I'm thinking especially of maintaining and growing the bonds between folks across my work's campuses, that formed when we were all remote, and "campus" temporarily ceased to have meaning...

    We do coffee chats but wondering if there's an online analogue for like "networking events" or similar

    #facilitation #networking #WorkFriends
    @hiredthought @Postobject ... who else might know?

  11. The challenge as I see it, stated in Wardley map terms:

    “How do we deindustrialize the world? Can we deindustrialize the process of industrialization?

    “How possible, or helpful, would it be, for us to industrialize the process of deindustrialization?”

  12. Quick #introduction — Hi! 👋 I'm Ben Mosior (rhymes w/ "closure").

    I teach #WardleyMaps and enjoy thinking about #TransitionDesign and things like the Ideal Present w/ @cyetain. Co-authoring a Pip Deck on #Strategy with @postobject.

    Just migrated from mastodon.online, which felt too big. Here feels better, like something I could be a part of.

    Please say hi if you want! I'd like to meet you!
