    Dear community,

    The [#Tyssue library](doi.org/10.21105/joss.02973) was created around 2015 (ten years already!) as a refactoring of code used in a publication with Magali Suzanne's team [Nature paper](open access)](nature.com/articles/nature14152)

    I don't have time to care for tyssue any more, due to _ gestures around _ and tyssue is in need of new maintenance it it is to persist.

    Below one or two post on what has to be done

    I did my PhD in , about cold atoms and small apertures. After that, I went to work in a lab as a postdoc. I tuned microscopes, helped build a and started working on data. I also modeled and in .
