@fttdennis and I waited from May of 2020 until September of 2022 to take our postponed vacation. I've never looked back at pictures as much as I have from this trip. It was absolute perfection. Here's one that I'm lingering with today.

If all goes well, I'll be done with massage school classes by the end of June and ready to register for my national exam before @fttdennis and I head to Bellingham, Washington for a little vacation over my birthday. I've been in class nearly every Friday night and all day Saturday for over a year. I can hardly imagine life flowing back into those hours. Hardly. Trust I'm doing some imagining. It'll be so lovely!

Lots of introduction-worthy info in the hashtags in my bio, so for my new instance account intro, I'll just add to that that I'm recently back from a trip to Mexico with my husband @fttdennis that was wonderful. We're planning to be back in the fall with a group of friends.
I'm very interested in weaving right now, and am hoping to continue to grow that interest while continuing to teach potter classes and do my full-time work, as well.

I'm a pretty #rationalist, #science minded guy... but I love the idea of magic, I always play wizards in RPGs, etc. Then one day I ran across chaos magic and what stuck with me is that what's "real" is immaterial, so long as it's effective. I immediately had the idea for this #tattoo.

Well, I've got most of the weirdnesses ironed out regarding using my #xcarve with the #chrome #gcode sender app. Unfortunately I managed to break both my 1/32 #endmills , which are the only ones fine enough to do what I'm working on. Hey, my fellow #maker #nerds. We're looking at getting a #3dprinter to go with our #xcarve router... we're leaning towards an enclosed model to better control temperature, and I'd like it to run #GRBL (though all small scale CNC might, I'm not sure). Any recommendations?
