So I created my own channel strip plugin, which I now use on every track in my projects. It seems to me that a lot of channel strip plugins have been released lately, which is why I don’t think there will be much interest in yet another one. Nevertheless, I’ve decided to release mine as well. Maybe one or two people will find it useful after all. I’ll polish it up over the next few weeks and then release it as soon as possible.

I tried out some channel strip plugins a while back and really enjoyed working with them. What I like most is that you have access to multiple effects (EQ, compressor, saturation) all at once in a single window. What I didn’t like is that you have to turn up to three knobs for a single filter (which is a nightmare for me using a mouse) and that utility functions like stereo width, panning, or channel routing weren’t integrated right away.
