Armut, Krankheit, Unsicherheit werden zu individuellen Schwächen erklärt, die „kosten“ – wer sich umsorgt wissen will, schuldet.
Dabei sollte ja wohl allen klar sein: Change the system, not the child.
Wie also könnte eine kritische Soziale Arbeit aussehen, eine, die nicht defizitorientiert vorgeht, die Räume und Möglichkeiten jenseits von Bewertung und ökonomischen Prinzipien schafft?
Wie lassen sich Recht und Jugendhilfe als Systeme bedingungslosen Schutzes neu denken?
Was ist notwendig, damit staatliche Unterstützung wirkt und ökonomische und soziale Ungleichheit überwunden werden kann?
