How do you come up with titles for your works?

When I first started writing the draft, #CrystalsofUlstra was just a working title. It was a functional title invoking the world’s magic and its invented name. But the name wouldn’t leave. It decided for me. The titles of the next books follow the same through lines of the forces moving in Ulstra, shaping its future.
