  1. @arnelson to be fair it's not required nowadays to have that much space or wait for a workstation setup.
I simply got #pinecilv2 - (usb-c solder) from @PINE64, and together with good tip like bc2 (much easier to use) and some good solder wire like #kester to assemble my first mechanical keyboard.
Soldered few #pmw3360 since then as well :)
#omnifixo makes it even easier (but not required)

My whole setup squeezed between two #corne halves:

Sounds like a bunch of Heavy Metal Death Rock musicians being Poképhobic.

    Poképhobes need to be challenged...

And it's very, very, refreshing to see this - you're not the only one. There is much frustration and resentment in the developer community over this, and many have chosen to do this correctly instead of shaving corners and crippling the potentials.

I think that's easy to do as an embeded language in #CommonLisp by changing the reader function for the #\( reader construction.

You can lexically bind the variable *readtable* such that the reader expands the syntax in the way you'd like.

Outside of this transient binding, the usual CL syntax will be active.

  11. I may not be a Hip Hop Tip-tac-tition but in this post I attempt to tell the story of Hip Hop in Canada anyway. Read along and I promise that I'll get you there. There are even clips from The Electric Circus, along with Ron Nelson's Fantastic Voyage radio show. Enjoy!

  16. Started up Pokémon Violet for the first time in months, going to start the Teal Mask DLC today!

What I've heard about the DLC so far hasn't been great... but at least I get another chance to use my mono-Poison team, which I forgot to post about while playing through the main game!

  17. Taking an MBTA train for the first time since Covid, headed to Boston for PAX East!

It feels so weird to be on the train again after 4 years...

  18. Day 2 of unemployment: at least now I have enough time to finish Paper Mario TTYD! I beat Bonetail after Chapter 6; stacking Power Plus badges is really broken.

I should probably be updating my résumé instead. 🙃

  19. Finally starting the remake of my favorite game of all time!
