Blistering heat at #Endure24 #BramhamPark #Running #Endurance meant I packed it in at 17 hours with 55 miles. The first few laps in the sun destroyed me so even the night runs didn't revive me and I had to walk lots with breaks each 5 mile lap. When the sun came up I couldn't face the heat again so left the course.Disappointed I didn't hit my target but know it was the right decision. Raised money for #AlzheimersResearchUk so all good

Yesterday I ran 5 miles to #Shipley caught the train to #Skipton and jog/walked the 23.5 miles back to #Rodley along the #LeedsLiverpoolCanal It was something I always wanted to do but I never want to see a #canal path now for some time! Fuelled by #RoastPotatoes and tomato sarnies.

This is the trig point on the Isle of #Texa. An uninhabited island near #Islay #Scotland. We had to hire a boat to take us and also a guide to help us find the #TrigPoint trekking across the high bracken on the island where wild goats live. A fab day in September. #Hiking #Exploring #TrigBagging
