This weekend I mended a reusable shopping bag that had a seam ripping out. With a needle and thread.
I am proud of myself.
No sarcasm.
Reduce, reuse, recycle is a real thing. And maintenance (preventative or repair) is part of "reduce".
I'll check with a tailor and our local shoe repair shop to see if they would make such repairs in the future.
