They can't determine who leaked an opinion from #scotus, and yet we are supposed to feel confident in these justices' decision making skills? About my body? And my daughter's? About our voting rights? Come on. And we know if they actually started an investigation with #Alito and ended it on #GinnyThomas, they would likely discover who leaked the bs #Dobbs opinion that killed stare decisis and tried to infringe on my daughter's reproductive rights. Glad I live in #Michigan at least.

I would not use the word 'embattled,' when Justice Bernstein overstepped with his comments about a colleague's law clerk. His comments reveal an unqualified justice who should not be on the state's highest court. I will vote accordingly.
