  1. Phew, it's been a little ordeal but a labour of love.

Proud to present the next iteration of my which should be more robust and less annoying in daily use. Only 'problem' is when the screen becomes locked and your keyboard is disabled (no easy way to enter your password) but rebooting should be a workaround for that.

It should be a desktop agnostic way to your screen and mice by method of and . Please try it and report bugs!

  2. and ,

I've made the mental decision to split up the into at least 2, but probably even more scripts. The zenity/kdialog question to disable the keyboard interrupts the ease of use too much, therefore I'll split that up into its own script, which'll have a .desktop file to trigger it manually for the time being. If someone knows how to use the that would be great! !

  3. Here's how we (@garritfra & myself (@RyuKurisu)) came up with the name : initially I was thinking of calling it Kilimanjaro Linux, because "desktop linux" + "tabletop mountain". But in a thread started by Garrit he came with the suggestion Pyrenee Linux, which I quite liked.

  7. @claudiom : none (yet, but those Mac's are **very** appealing) 🦾🤖

  8. @WendyDLN & @CubicleNate after hearing the latest (episode 178 or LOL82) I was surprised that you use for remote desktop, but have you considered

It is very similar in Remmina, but you host it on your server and can connect to all remote desktops from your browser, even tablets and phones.

    Maybe worth considering? 💪😎

  9. @technotim how many cores does it have? I find it hard to believe it only has 6 cores (C0-C5) from what I've gathered from your screenshots 🤔

  10. @WendyDLN the only thing I know is that a Dutch store sells their own brand and you only buy what you actually use, but I'm certain that isn't of any help! 😔

I've did share your cry for help in hopes *someone* is able to help 🙏

  11. Hi @ErikUden & @Stellar, I've got a confession to make. I've scrolled down to the bottom section and this account actually *is* mentioned on the website 😞

  12. @fedora I have had Fedora Budgie installed on my laptop, but then all that #RedHat source code stuff happened. And I thought to myself "Alright, let's move to a community distro".

It worked fine, but I'm not in the Linux ecosystem for the drama ✌️😎

  17. @Vivaldi on my phone (using an Firefox fork, Mull) I have more than 100! But on my desktop I've recently installed Librewolf on NixOS, and even though I've set it to remember the session, it clears the session if I close it normally (if it closes because the system reboots, then I can restore the session).

However I think I quite like that feature. Read something if you open it in that session, otherwise it probably wasn't important ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  18. @WendyDLN I'm listening to upload 164 ( 67 ) and I can report the chapters are working ✌️😎

    (Fuck Our Lives) 🥵🥵🥵

Though it'll *only* be 33°C in my country regionally 🙃

  20. So my first migration seemed to have gone smoothly. After installing 12 on the system drive I could just mount my old Btrfs and the file/directory structure I had put on it was still intact ✌️🤠

  21. @fedora @major I didn't even know gp2/gp3 was a thing, but it is the storage technology for Cloud providers, like AWS.

  23. @fedora

Maybe a silly question, but why doesn't use Btrfs? Sounds like the perfect candidate for it?

  24. Luckily there are people that have more time to diagnose their errors; I installed on my but when I installed/enabled it completely broke my data connection (mobile or WiFi). "b-ryan" reported the same bug on but found a workaround by disabling an option automatically enabled in GrapheneOS that forces all connections through the VPN. github.com/tailscale/tailscale

I was also wondering when it'll drop in the repo @fedora?
