Anyway, had my cardiology apt on Tuesday. He was absolutely _adorable_. The 1st first question was about my preferred pronouns. He arranged a tilt table test, echocardiogram, and a Holter test.
At the end of the call, he asked whether it’d be ok to include what we discussed about my HRT.
Absolutely no notes with this guy. Fucking incredible. Hopefully will be getting to the bottom of this soon #Trans #Disabled #Disability #LGBTQIA

I'm ordering raw E powder, 1 gram of it. I'm on x2 100mcg patches twice weekly.
So 200mcg per dose twice weekly is obviously 400mcg per week, which works out a 1.6mg a month and 19.2mg a year.
If I order 1g of Estradiol Valerate... That's 1000mg, so... I'd have 50 years worth of powder? That sounds wrong. But then a mcg is tiny. Halp!

With the state of the economy and this bullshit AI roll out... I honestly feel like widespread chronic unemployment is gonna be a much bigger thing. Especially for the marginalised.

These delusions are obviously never based in reality.
I know some people who will maybe get "poor service" from a racialised waiter or whatever, they immediately make it about race. Despite the fact that they could get poor service from a white waiter and it wouldn't have anything to do with race.
Or if they get overtaken by a car with a foreign plate, immediately its like: "youre in the UK! Start driving like it!"... But when a white racer boy does it? Nothing of race mentioned. #AFA

The problem with #OCD is that it takes advantage of a power vacuum like this. I feel powerless right now in basically every area of my life. And so, my OCD is filling that gap.
The shitty thing about #MentalHealth is that so much of it is compounded by this suffocating system we're all living under. As a #disabled #trans person, the pressures are amplified.
Ugh.

Started a new book on #OCD today. My life is such a skipfire I can feel the OCD closing in on me, and I don't like it.
It's sad because over the last 5 years- I've improved it a lot. But with how life is now? It's popping up in new places, and it's exhausting.
I can see why, my life is out of control: I'm jobless (and despite all the effort there's no results), I lost my dream healthcare career, I've had to move back home, my disabilities are spiralling, and the world is further collapsing.

Ultimately, I still think it’s bad but: if there’s one positive side to all this AI slop enshittifying the internet? Maybe it might lead to us actually speaking to people more about things. Maybe it might lead us to rely on communities more to help solve our problems. #StopAI

What are peoples' thoughts on the #AusAir mask vs Cambridge Mask? They have certifications showing that theyre at least FFP2+ performance.
