  8. Today is International Happy Gose Day. This traditional craft beer has been brewed for centuries in my home region and is a little special, I have to admit. As salt and coriander are added to the usual beer ingredients, as well. When we drink Gose here in Leipzig, we don't say "Prost" but "Goseanna" 🍻🍻
