A small piece that was in an A6 sketchbook that I am now adding to a new larger sketchhbook as part of a bigger project. Media included Posca pens and Uni Pin fineliners on an ink wash background. Cross hatching and stippling for tone and texture. Will post more on this project at a later date.

Third in my abstract series inspired by the Strange Clay exhibition at the Haywood Gallery in London, and its surrounding Brutalist architecture. Drawn out in an A6 Seawhite of Brighton sketchbook with Posca pens and fineliners. I am debating on whether to do more with this series, as I have other projects on the go, but I really enjoyed this process.

Took a break from illustration last year, mostly down to mental health, stress, raising my daughter etc. Back to it this year and easing myself in with a series of abstracts based on a recent exhibition (Strange Clay at the Haywood) and it's adjacent architecture. I was checking through an old hard drive and came across this. It was created for an exhibition in 2011. I had no plans to sell it, but a guy approached me and asked if he could use the design for a tattoo, and then asked if he could buy the original, so...I sold it. I don't generally like old work, but I don't hate it. It's drawn out using a Rotring Isograph.

Mixed media piece from exactly two years ago this month. I am actually working on new pieces, but I take my time these days and am slow to photograph (tedious).

Also, won't be able to kickstart it again until the spring because of the insane energy costs. But I thought I would show a few of my favourite pieces
