Most people take a break over the 'festive' period when working on dissertations ... I'm doing it backwards and have taken the opportunity to do something on it every day.
When I'm not in charge of the cats and have tea and food supplied it's amazing how much I've got through!!

Gahh, first day back at work catching up is always fun but why can't I schedule Zoom meetings right out of the Google Calendar? I could do it fine last week.

CW: Mental health - GAD
This weekend is going to be the first proper test of me med free since lockdown lifted, I'm completely outside my comfort zone, in a city I've only been to once so long ago I hardly remember it (other than it rained), and I'm sat in a pub on my own and not feeling stupid or awkward.
Generalised Anxiety Disorder is a bugger but I'm glad I'm here :)

After a less than successful run earlier I've decided I'm still not well enough to do 5k, have put Spooks on (had completely forgotten about the fryer scene) and am back in the Irish records, looking at workhouse inhabitants
