Link is to open letter to #Submittable, #literary #magazines regarding policies that attract BIPOC or other poorly represented #writers to submit work. Some #journals receive federal money & might be in violation of anti-affirmative action rulings as SCOTUS has recently made in Harvard/University of North Carolina cases.
